ASMCMD-8102: no connection to Oracle ASM; command requires Oracle ASM to run

None of the ASM Ctl commands are working and are idle.
when checked with ps -ef, you can see that the ASM instance is working and the database is also working well.
But we have a problem, the Cluster high availability services are not working.

-> asmcmd lsdg

ps -ef | grep pmon

Solutions

crsctl stop has

crsctl start has
