ORA-01565: ERROR IN IDENTIFYING FILE – ORA-01031: insufficient privileges startup

The solution for Oracle Database insufficient privileges generic error is as follows.

[grid@testdb1 ~]$ srvctl start asm;

[grid@testdb1 ~]$ crsctl stat res -t
